Set in a fantastic rural location, this lovely detached south-facing barn conversion has stunning countryside views and has some great opportunities for great walks right from the doorstep. The property offers plenty of original features including exposed beams, and is ideal for relaxing in at the end of a fantastic day. Guests are also welcome to roam the surrounding farmland.

The vibrant coastal town of Padstow is renowned for its pretty harbour and lovely beaches, offering a range of excellent restaurants, pubs, cafes and independent shops. There are seven golden sandy surfing bays within just 4 miles of the cottage. Padstow lies at the end of the popular Camel Trail, a cycle trail and footpath which follows the Camel Estuary to Wenford Bridge (16 miles) via Wadebridge (7 miles) and Bodmin (15 miles). The cottage is just 4 miles from the National Trust’s Trevose Head that juts into the Atlantic Ocean. Other attractions you could enjoy include the Eden Project (21 miles), Newquay Sealife Centre (16 miles), The Lost Gardens of Heligan (24 miles) and Flambards Theme Park (41 miles).
