With its rugged coastline and idyllic, picturesque beaches, there are plenty of walking opportunities as well as a range of other outdoor activities to choose from. The Moray Firth is one of the best places in Europe to see dolphins in the wild; a boat-ride out to sea may also provide sightings of some species of whales. The neighbouring pine forests, rivers and lochs are also rich with wildlife, so you may be lucky enough to see otters, ospreys and pine martens. Despite the secluded and tranquil position of the property, you are only 6.5 miles from the shops and eateries in Elgin and other small villages and towns. You will also find spectacular beaches such as Findhorn and Lossiemouth close by.

This stylish, one-storey cottage has been lovingly decorated using a range of contemporary patterns, colours, furniture and artwork that blend seamlessly with original features such as the exposed stone wall. The open-plan living area is modern, yet cosy, with a wood burner at one end. The kitchen is well-equipped to allow you to cook a romantic meal for two and the super king-size bedroom is light and airy with double doors leading out to the garden.
