Carefully chosen neutral tones limit distraction from the pops of colour shining through from the outside, yet subtle nods to your seaside surroundings can be found around every corner.

Pack a picnic and take the short stroll down to the water’s edge, here you’ll discover a beautiful sandy beach perfect for swimming, surfing and building sandcastles. Pop into a cafe for a coffee stop on your way back up too. For some truly scenic sights, continue along the South West Coast Path and admire the endless stretch of coast beyond – the cove at Crackington Haven will provide a welcoming reward at the end of your walk (6 miles). Just a 3-mile drive will put you in the bustling centre of Bude, for plenty of activities come rain, come shine.
