The property has a warm and cosy ambience, that spreads throughout the open-plan kitchen and lounge, the perfect spot for a leisurely breakfast. French doors open from the lounge to the enclosed rear garden and side terrace, where whitewashed stone walls bursting climbing greenery, give a cool Mediterranean touch. Not even a mile from the coastal property of Bag End is the Bude Tidal Pool, a swimming and paddleboard paradise, perfect for when the Atlantic Ocean gets too rough. Bude town centre is at a similar distance, offering shops, cafes and restaurants. Take a walk along the South West Coast Path, which runs up to Northcutt Mouth at just under 2 miles. If you prefer something less taxing, hop aboard the Launceston Steam Railway which will take you on a journey through the unspoiled Cornish countryside.
