On entering this spacious bungalow, a good size lounge with TV/DVD, fire place with feature fire, patio doors leading to the garden, The kitchen/diner is well equipped having an electric oven and hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A shower room with a double walkin shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. There are two bedrooms a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.

Heading outside, a patio area with seating, a large grassed area with private access to the beach.
