Sleeping six guests, the three-bedroom hideaway is situated on the fringes of Winterton, 9 miles from Great Yarmouth and 0.5 miles from the beach. Set in beautiful, large gardens, where you can bask in the sunshine and cook out on the BBQ, the dog-friendly cottage also has a wood burner for the colder months.

Make fresh coffee in the machine then sip it at the table where everyone will congregate for dinner later. Open the doors to the garden in here on fine days. This inviting room, which has ample soft seating, is where you can fire up the wood burner and settle down in front of the Smart TV/DVD. Head up to one of the three bedrooms on the first floor to enjoy your favourite programme if you need some time away from the group, as all have Smart TVs. Stroll down to the beautiful beach in the winter months to see the grey seal colony and its pups lying on the sand and bobbing in the sea. Head to Sea Palling, 7 miles away, to swim in summer and engage in water sports. Serene Waxham Beach, 6.5 miles away, is a great dog-friendly choice all year round.
