Upon entering the property, either via the secure garden pathway or the front door, one of the first places to discover is the modern open-plan kitchen/diner. Well-equipped and sporting a clean, polished design, the kitchen is at the heart of this beautiful home. Complete with glass roof over the dining area, you can spend many a happy family mealtime here. Next to capture your attention are the two lounge areas. With one enjoying views directly overlooking the estuary and the other equipped with a cosy wood burner, there is ample space for everyone. Instow is famous for its scenic coastal routes and proximity to lots of beaches and attractions. Just metres from the house, the dog-friendly Instow beach is a great spot to take a stroll. Further afield, Westward Ho! beach is less than 5 miles away, as is Northam Burrows Country Park. If you enjoy cycling, then the Tarka Trail is an absolute must. Fun for all the family, The BIG Sheep, The Milky Way and Watermouth Castle are all nearby family attractions.
