A characterful space, the cottage is entered on the first floor via steps leading to the main open-plan living space with its own balcony. The lounge area has a restful, neutral interior, with comfortable sofas and a beanbag providing the perfect spots to watch a film. Two bedrooms can be found on the floor below, one of which is a master king-size with an en-suite, providing flexible sleeping spaces for a large family. The highlight of the property is the second master bedroom, which can be found on the top floor and also boasts an en-suite. This impressive space has a vaulted ceiling, adding to the room's grandeur. A single bedroom, also with a vaulted ceiling, can be found on this floor, too.

Brixham is a wonderful place to explore, with the harbour less than 1 mile away from the property. A walk of just 1.5 miles brings you to Fishcombe Cove, an idyllic beach location for all the family. Grab your buckets and spades, and help the little ones build sandcastles in this stunning area. Animal lovers can go wild at Paignton Zoo, just 5.5 miles away, where budding zoologists can find themselves up close and personal with, amongst others, a komodo dragon!
