The Grade II-listed brick and flint cottage is full of period charm, with beamed ceilings and an original inglenook fireplace. Enter the property into the inviting lounge, which boasts estuary views and has comfortable seating to relax on as you read a book or watch TV. From here, move through to the spacious kitchen/diner which is equipped with everything needed for a self-catering break and has a farmhouse-style dining table for sharing mealtimes together. Upstairs, you'll find a pretty double bedroom with antique-style furniture and an en-suite shower room. Due to the period of the cottage, there are several internal steps within the property and low doorways. To the rear of the cottage is a sunny, south-facing patio with furniture for al fresco dining.

Blakeney is a charming village with a handful of local shops and eateries. The Norfolk Coast Path passes through the village, offering fantastic walking opportunities, and you can also enjoy boat excursions to the nature reserve at Blakeney Point. You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to a day at the seaside, with fabulous, sandy beaches at Wells-next-the-Sea (8 miles) and Sheringham (9 miles). Nearby attractions include Felbrigg Hall National Trust, the North Norfolk Railway, and Holt Country Park (all within 15 miles).
