This beautiful detached home is the perfect coastal retreat for families. Situated in the South Devon town of Dawlish, there is something for everyone: the golden sands of Dawlish Warren Beach are within 2.5 miles, Haldon Forest’s cycling trails are within 5.5 miles, the South West Coast Path is on your doorstep and Dartmoor National Park is within 20 miles. At the end of the day, you can enjoy a spot of al fresco dining in the stunning garden, complete with palm trees for a holiday feel.

Light, airy and clean throughout, this spacious house offers guests comfortable accommodation in a fantastic location. All the rooms have neutral decor with soft furnishings adding splashes of colour. On the ground floor, there is a cosy lounge, a separate dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with an informal dining area and a charming double bedroom with shower room/WC. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms (a double and a twin) and a family bathroom. Outside, the garden has plenty of space for running around or simply enjoying a quiet glass of wine.

There are plenty of seaside resorts on this stretch of coastline, all linked by the South West Coast Path, which is a must for keen walkers. The Victorian seaside resort of Teignmouth is 3.5 miles away with a range of shops/eateries and a ferry across to the village of Shaldon. You can also catch a ferry from Starcross (5 miles) to Exmouth. Or why not take a train from Dawlish station (1 mile) to the bustling city of Exeter (15.5 miles). On the English Riviera, you can stroll around Torquay (12 miles) and Paignton, which is also home to popular Paignton Zoo (21 miles).
