Climb external steps and find yourself inside this beautiful home. Make the brilliantly bright kitchen/diner your first stop and unload your provisions whilst waiting for the kettle to boil. With all you need to cook up a storm, wash holiday outfits, and host sociable dinners, spend time slicing, dicing and dining in this fresh space before retiring to the lounge. After stepping down to the inner hallway, settle in the lounge in front of the feature wall and put your feet up on the comfortable sofa or the chair to relax. Great for family film nights, choose your film and pile the coffee table high with treats. Rinse the day away in the contemporary, family shower room before heading to bed in one of three tranquil bedrooms. The twin room, great for younger guests who want to enjoy a sleepover, is reached via ladder-style stairs and sits in the eaves of the house so care must be taken of the sloping ceilings. Fantastically located, spend mornings wandering Corfe Common (1 mile) and admiring the remains of Corfe Castle before making your way to Swanage for a day by the sea (5.5 miles). If you fancy a hike, hop on the Purbeck Ridge walk, a 9-mile trail winding its way from the local area, past Old Harry Rocks and down to Swanage where you can reward yourselves with a bite to eat and a refreshing dip before jumping on the train to head home.
