Group getaways await at this superb, characterful barn on the North Wales coastline. Families or a group of nine friends will find plenty of space for hanging out together, and a games room is a great spot for getting competitive.

Hang up your coats or place your flip flops in the hallway, before heading through to the spacious, cottage-style kitchen. Rustle up tasty meals using the handy range oven and eat together as a group around the dining table in the characterful dining room. The lounge has comfortable seating set beneath a beamed ceiling where all guests can get stuck into board games or watch movies on the TV. On chilly evenings, turn on the wood burner-effect fire to keep yourself warm. The family shower room completes the ground floor. Upstairs are the four bedrooms that are well set up for families. A king-size has an additional single bed and a Smart TV. While two doubles, one with an additional single bed share access to a Jack and Jill shower room. A pretty, single bedroom completes the interior of this accommodation. Outside, is a patio gravel area with benches and a table, and a garage that has been converted into a games room with table tennis, table football, and a darts board.

Located in Rhos-on-Sea, this little seaside village has lots of shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as a lovely little beach (0.5 miles) backed by a long promenade. Enjoy family days out to popular Llandudno (4 miles), home to the longest pier in Wales, a couple of interesting museums and galleries, and Great Orme headland, a 207-metre-high summit with breathtaking views. Further afield is the seaside resort of Conwy (5 miles) or head inland to Snowdonia National Park (12 miles).
