Bring the whole family together for a stay in Amble, a seaside destination on Northumberland's AONB coast. Just a stone's throw from the centre of town and the vibrant harbour, you're more than welcome to leave the car behind whilst getting to know this darling town. You can walk or drive to pristine beaches along the fabulous coastline, including the surfer's favourite Warkworth Beach (2.5 miles). The property itself is an incredible family-focused abode accommodating eight guests. It's a particularly good pick for those with teenagers, offering an external garage games room with pool, table tennis and darts.

Whilst the garage is a space for kids to unwind, there's more than enough room for the whole family to come together inside the main house. A bright and cheery lounge is equipped with a wood burner, Smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating for nights together, best enjoyed after a hearty meal prepared in the kitchen and served up in the spacious dining room. Versatile additions including a utility room and WC completing the ground floor, whilst all four bedrooms can be found on the upper floors. Of the bedrooms, the largest is a super-king-size zip-and-link on the first floor, equipped with an additional TV for movie nights in bed.

Home to an annual puffin festival, a beachfront lined with pastel-coloured huts and plenty of eateries offering the freshest seafood, you're sure to fall in love with Amble. From Amble Harbour, you can embark on a puffin cruise around the RSPB reserve of Coquet Island, and from Hauxley Wildlife Discovery Centre (2.5 miles) you can get to know some of the other vibrant wildlife that calls Northumberland its home. Be sure to find time to walk along the River Coquet to reach the English Heritage destination of Warkworth Castle (1.5 miles).
