Situated in a peaceful spot along the beautiful Isle of Portland, this charming single-level stone-built cottage provides fantastic accommodation for couples and small families enjoying a relaxing break. Perfect for exploring a wonderful part of the Dorset coastline, the bungalow has been sympathetically updated and decorated in cool, light shades throughout. With plenty of space for up to three guests, this airy and comfortable retreat is ideally placed for walkers, water sports fans, beach lovers, history buffs and nature spotters discovering both the island and the mainland.

The bungalow features a cosy lounge/diner with a Smart TV, comfortable seating and a sociable dining area, perfect for enjoying meals which you can rustle up in the bright and stylishly arranged kitchen. When it’s time to turn in for the night, you will have a choice of two spacious and tastefully furnished bedrooms: a sweet double and a lovely single which has a convenient additional pull-out bed. The bungalow also has a refreshing shower room and a separate utility room. Outside, the patio offers a charming seating area, perfect for a morning coffee or for relaxing on a sunny afternoon.

The beautiful Isle of Portland is a tied island which is linked to the Dorset coast and has a range of great things to do including sailing, windsurfing, rock climbing and diving. The cottage lies in the southern portion of the island which has a wide variety of landmarks and attractions for you to explore including the Castletown D-Day Centre and World War II Museum, Fancy’s Farm, the Everlasting Stone Circle, and Tout Quarry Sculpture Park and Nature Reserve, all within 3.5 miles. The famous Portland Bill Lighthouse is to the south (1.5 miles). Returning to the mainland, you can spend a day in the vibrant seaside town of Weymouth (8 miles).
