Located just half a mile from the legendary village of Tintagel, renowned for its captivating tales of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, Trenale Court is nestled in the rural hamlet of Trenale, a mere one mile from the dramatic cliffs along the North Cornwall Coast.

Positioned on one side of a tranquil country lane, these holiday cottages provide an ideal launching point for exploring the county, whether on foot or by car. The surrounding area boasts an abundance of scenic walks, including the enchanting coastal footpath and the picturesque Rocky Valley. Tintagel, with its array of shops, pubs, and restaurants, is less than a 5-minute drive away or easily accessible on foot. It is also home to the renowned medieval castle and Merlin’s sea cave.

The appealing National Trust harbour at Boscastle beckons just 2.5 miles away, and a leisure centre featuring a swimming pool awaits in Camelford, a mere 4.5 miles distant. Bossiney Cove, a leisurely 20-minute walk from the cottages, reveals a sandy beach during low tide, while the surfing haven of Trebarwith Strand is just a brief 10-minute drive away. Each of the eight cottages possesses its own unique character, yet they share many similar features. This makes them a favoured choice for families and friends looking to vacation together while still enjoying the comforts of independent accommodations.

True to its name, this two-story cottage is adorned with half a dozen charming recesses in its walls that were once home to doves, though they have since departed.

Adjacent to Buntings and nestled in a corner, the half-glazed front door welcomes you into a entrance lobby, and an inner door leads you into a delightful living room adorned with exposed beams and a television. A comfortable lounge suite is arranged to face the electric fireplace, while a pine dining table and chairs provide a pleasant spot to enjoy meals while overlooking the garden. Adjacent to this, there’s a neatly fitted kitchen area, complete with essential appliances such as a fridge, electric hob, oven, and microwave.

At the rear, a low glazed door opens to a patio area, offering an ideal setting for enjoying sundowners while witnessing the sun descend into the sea. A gate from the patio provides access to the shared paddock. Upstairs, you’ll find a double bedroom and a single bedroom, both featuring captivating sea views. Two steps lead down to a bathroom equipped with a WC, hand basin, shower over the bath, and a heated towel rail. To keep you comfortable, this property is heated using a combination of electric heating and night storage units.

Shared amenities include a laundry room complete with a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience.
