Green Acres – 2 Bed Cottage

Nestled in glorious Cornish countryside and just minutes away from some of the south of the county’s must see locations and attractions, staying in one of these lovely properties will enable easy access wherever you choose to go.

These purpose built two bedroom holiday cottages all benefit from being set in well-tended, landscaped grounds and have the loveliest of views looking down across the Luxulyan Valley and beyond.

Cornwall’s antiques capital, Lostwithiel is just 3 miles away. Picturesque Fowey with foot ferry to neighbouring Polruan and car ferry enabling onward access to Looe and Polperro is 5 miles away. Charlestown with its grade two listed harbour is a ten minute drive and has plenty to keep you occupied. The interesting shipwreck and heritage centre in Charlestown is a good place to go if the sun doesn’t shine with a couple of terrific family and dog friendly pubs in the village too.

The world famous Eden Project is only 3 miles by car and well worth a visit or repeat visit if you’ve been before. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are a little further away (30 minutes’ drive) but again, well worth visiting.

Although slightly different in their external appearance, the spacious two bedroom accommodation in each cottage comes with a good size, open plan living area with television complete with well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (which includes an ensuite to the double in most of the cottages), a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.  Both bedrooms have a television. 

Kitchen appliances include oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer.

Each cottage is efficiently centrally heated with the bonus of a wood burner.

Guests can enjoy exclusive use of a lovely indoor heated pool with changing rooms as well as a communal barbecue area and children’s playpark. 

There is a coin operated laundry on site.
