5 Orchard Terrace is a tastefully modernised cottage situated in the delightful village of Slapton. This comfortable property is perfect for exploring the South Hams and enjoying the charm of village life The cottage has an open plan living space downstairs, double bedroom facing out over the garden, and a good sized twin room. Outside the sunny garden is perfect to relax and enjoy sunny evenings with a G&T.

Kitchen area with Fridge freezer, slimline dishwasher, electric oven with induction hob, washing machine, door to rear path to garden.

Stairs to first floor:
Bedroom 1 with 4'6'' double bed.
Bedroom 2 with twin 3' beds.
Bathroom with dividing door between the WC and bath area. First part houses the WC and hand basin, door through to bath with shower over, hand basin.

Half tread stairs (not recommended for children or those with limited mobility and used entirely at guests own risk) lead to:
Attic room with small sofa and TV.

Outside
The garden is separate from the house and accessed along a path approximately 100m.

Lawn and terrace with washing line, rattan furniture with seating for 4.

Not allocated but on street parking can be found nearby or at the village car park 0.3 miles away.
