GARDEN
– Level lawn bounded by a waist high stone wall with a considerable drop on one side (not for adventurous toddlers)

LOCAL AREA
– Coastal footpath nearby leads down to the picturesque church set in semi tropical gardens and St Just Pool
– Nearest beach is Rosevine, a five minute drive
– St Mawes has two beaches, a small selection of shops, and a passenger ferry operating to Falmouth
