This particular, reverse layout property has two bedrooms comprising of a double and twin on the ground floor as well as an additional double sofa bed to the living room upstairs.

There is a good sized living room with separate, well equipped kitchen/diner and family shower room WC and an additional WC for your added comfort.

This villa is centrally heated.

There is no dedicated outside space for this property however, just a couple of minutes walk away is the glorious beach at Watergate Bay!

There is a reserved parking space for one car.  Additional parking is available by using the public pay and display car park in Watergate Bay.
