Pont Fair

Pont Fair is a cosy Welsh cottage, only a 10-minute walk to the sandy beaches at Llangrannog, with easy access to the Wales Coast Path. This south-facing property is nestled into the hillside and was once a pair of cottages, as well as the original Post Office.

Renovated to a high standard whilst maintaining its unique character, the cottage provides a cosy hideaway.

With unspoilt views across the stream, towards the hills and down through the village, it is the perfect bolthole for families wanting to enjoy the coast and countryside. The outside area is a great spot for a barbeque and has chairs and a picnic bench, which catches the sun as it dips behind the old church each evening.

Llangrannog boasts a pub, two cafes, and a woodfired pizza takeaway. The location is superb for dolphin and wildlife spotters, swimmers, walkers and beach-lovers.

A short walk to the north is the spectacular Ynys Lochtyn, with the beaches of Penbryn and Tresaith a few miles to the south. There are many other bays to explore and incredible scenery to discover. Attractions nearby include activities such as golf, riding, fishing and boat trips. Further afield are other interesting places to visit including Cardigan, Tenby, Aberystwyth and the Preseli Hills.
