Brynglas is a lovely place for a family holiday in the heart of Newport, a popular Pembrokeshire village by the sea. It's a real escape where you can leave everyday life behind, adopt a much slower pace and enjoy the fresh air from the beach or surrounding countryside.

All village amenities are within walking distance. Newport is locally known for its rustic cafés, delis and restaurants, it is a foody's paradise. The village has a convenience shop, post office etc and you will find a handful of pubs throughout the village too.

You can enjoy the beach at The Parrog and the sandier beach of Newport Sands is around 10 minutes away by car. It is overlooked by a golf course, so if building sandcastles and paddling in the sea isn't for everyone, there's always golfing to entertain you.

Brynglas has a partial sea view of the Parrog, and partial views of Carn Ingli so it is suitable for beach lovers and hiking enthusiasts. Anyone who enjoys walking might like to hike the Pembrokeshire Coast Path or venture into the Preseli Hills to enjoy spectacular far-reaching views of the surrounding countryside.
