Caerllan is a two-bedroom dormer bungalow in the picturesque village of Aberporth, Ceredigion, with great views of the sea and coastline of Cardigan Bay.

Ideal for a family seaside holiday or as a base for exploring the area the bungalow is spacious and light and has a large garden with a deck, patio and barbecue; the perfect spot to relax after a day on the beach or walking along the coast. This superb house offers excellent accommodation in a wonderful location, at any time of the year.

Caerllan is just 400 yards from Aberporth's two sandy beaches where children will delight in the rockpools. One of the beaches is dog-friendly all year. The village has everything you might need for a holiday including a shop, pub, café, and takeaways. From the village walk along the Ceredigion Coast Path with its miles of spectacular coastal scenery to enjoy, you might even spot the resident bottlenose dolphins.

Tresaith village and beach is a short walk to the north and further along the beautiful beach at Penbryn and the village of Llangrannog are worth a visit. The National Trust beach and church at Mwnt are nearby. New Quay, just a short drive, is a popular seaside village from where you can go on a dolphin spotting boat trip. Cardigan, just 7 miles away, has a restored castle, independent shops, galleries, supermarkets, pubs, and cafés.
