15 Marine Terrace

15 Marine Terrace was built in the mid-1800s and is perfectly located in the centre of the seaside town of New Quay, West Wales. The cottage has undergone rigorous renovation and is now a beautifully presented, modern retreat.

There are unique panoramic views of Cardigan Bay from the house and the back garden, where you can appreciate the stunning landscape and spot bottlenose dolphins if you are lucky! The open-plan living space is welcoming after a day of exploring the area, and if you'd prefer to relax outside, the garden has three patio levels with seating, so children and grown-ups can enjoy their own space if they wish.

15 Marine Terrace is only a 0.2-mile walk to Dolau Beach, so you can be in the sea in under ten minutes. The watersports centre offers kayaks, sailing boats and paddleboards to hire- don't worry if you're inexperienced, they also organise lessons if you want to try something new on your visit.

New Quay is at the midpoint of the Wales Coast Path, which you can join from the end of the terrace. The views along to Cwmtydu and beyond are breathtaking.

Join the boat trips that set off from the end of the pier every day during the summer season and visit Bird Rock, where you may spot dolphins and seals. Other places to visit include New Quay Honey Farm, the colourful harbour town of Aberaeron, and the National Trust property of Llanerchaeron.

There are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, and ice cream parlours run by friendly locals. Or, if you prefer to eat at home, take advantage of the fishmongers, butchers, deli, and two grocery stores.
