Front door to open-plan living area.

Seating area with two comfy sofas, underfloor heating and Smart TV.

Dining area with a bench and chairs. Spacious seating for 6 guests.

Kitchen with electric hob, oven, microwave, under the counter fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, and combined washer/drier.

Door to rear decking.

Spiral Staircase to first floor:

Master bedroom with 4ft 6 double bed, chest of drawers, built-in hanging space and door to balcony.

Bedroom 2 with a set of 3ft bunk beds and chest of drawers.

One step up to: Bedroom 3 with a set of 3ft bunk beds, chest of drawers and built-in hanging space.

Family bathroom with shower cubicle and electric shower, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

There is a flight of external steps from the car park to the apartment, or alternately, a longer slope. You can pull up outside the property for unloading suitcases and shopping.

Please note: There is a spiral staircase in the property which may be awkward for those with mobility issues.

Parking

Designated parking space for 1 car. Further parking is available in the public car park, a stroll up the hill, at a charge of £2 per day, payable at the ticket machine.

• Regret: No pets and no smoking
• No telephone. Mobile signal varies.
• Local Facilities: Beach 50 yards. Outdoor heated swimming pool on site (open beginning of May until end of September). Pubs: The Ferry Boat Inn at Helford Passage and the Shipwright’s Arms in Helford Village. Local shop selling basics in Mawnan Smith, plus the Red Lion pub and café, 2 miles. Falmouth with all facilities, 6 miles.
