Mount Brandon lies 21 miles away, towering at a total of 952 metres in height as one of the tallest in Ireland which is a great challenge for those who love to hike. Alternatively, the Conor Pass Waterfall (15 miles) offers an easier walking trail with a rewarding stop off for a picnic beside the cascading falls.
