9 Beach Walk is modern flat situated on the Sandbanks Peninsula, just a 2 minute walk to the famous Blue Flag Sandbanks beach. Flat 9 is situated on the second floor, accessible via the main block door (lower ground floor level) which leads to a lift or stairs. The entrance hall leads to a light and spacious lounge with a large balcony with seating. The kitchen is newly fitted and well equipped and there is a modern family bathroom. The three bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment and comprise of master double with en-suite shower room, a double room and a twin bedded room. Beach Walk is set in leafy, mature communal gardens.
