Note: the property sleeps 4. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge, however the only shower and WC is the ensuite.

Entrance into the Kitchen with built-in electric microwave oven combo and ceramic hob, fridge, kettle and toaster.
Living room chaise style lounge, which converts into a comfy sofa bed for two, TV, and dining table with two chairs.
Bedroom 1 with 4’6 double bed, hanging rail and chest of drawers.
En-suite shower room with walk-in shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and towel rail.

The private courtyard is a peaceful suntrap – ideal for leisurely breakfasts or evening drinks under the sky. Parking:

There is parking for one car on the private driveway located on Laundry Road.

Included: Bed linen and towels (guests must provide their own beach towels if required), electric central heating, internet, Wi-Fi and welcome pack. Mobile reception is generally reasonable, although please check with your provider prior to booking.
Pets: One small dog accepted.  Must be over the age of one year old (unless agreed with the owner prior to booking). Dogs must be fully house trained, well behaved and off the furniture. Please note a £30 pet charge per dog per week applies.

Bicycle Storage: Available in the back garden, guests will need their own locks and bike covers.
Short Breaks: Available all year round from a Friday or Monday.
