11 Bolt Head is positioned above South Sands Beach, with amazing sea views of the Estuary towards Salcombe and a very short walk to the beach, and breath-taking walks around the cliffs and coastline which are owned by the National Trust, all in easy access. The apartment is presented to a high standard throughout and the spacious open plan living area makes the perfect setup for a family or group get together. The lovely balcony houses a Rattan table and chairs for relaxing times to soak up the view. North Sands, with the popular Winking Prawn restaurant, and Salcombe town centre are both just a short drive or pleasant walk along the coastal road. No.11 has its own dedicated spacious undercover parking area, directly next to the apartments own access and front door, there is additional visitors parking as you enter the complex. The apartment is equipped with everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment has fantastic heating throughout ensuring it’s warm and cosy all year round.
