The combined lounge and dining area has comfortable seating, a small fold-down dining table and sliding patio door opening onto the balcony with glorious views! The kitchen is to the rear of the lounge. There are two bedrooms, a refitted shower room with large walk-in shower enclosure and a separate cloakroom.
A short 15-minute walk will take you to Lymington's Georgian High Street, where you'll find a mix of restaurants, pubs, cafés, and independent shops. The Saturday Charter Market is also worth a visit, with plenty of stalls along the main street. The New Forest National Park is just a 5-minute drive away, offering miles of heathland to explore on foot or by bike, with free-roaming ponies, cattle and donkeys. The apartment is a short stroll from the Isle of Wight ferry terminal, where you can travel to Yarmouth, either as a foot passenger or with your car. The Ferryman pub, located at the end of the driveway, is a well-liked gastro pub with both indoor and outdoor seating.

The apartment boasts a private, south-facing balcony with an outdoor dining set, overlooking the Lymington River, with moored boats bobbing on the surface, and The Solent and Isle of Wight beyond. The building is surrounded by well-kept communal gardens. A local train runs between the ferry terminal and Brockenhurst, passing by the apartment block with minimal disruption from noise.

EV Charging: Not available at this property. There are EV Charging points at the ferry terminal car park, just a couple of minutes away, which are available to the public.

Beaches: Milford on Sea 4 miles, Barton on Sea 7 miles, Highcliffe 9 miles.
Local Facilities: The Ferryman pub – 2 minute walk, Elmers Court bar and restaurant – 5 minute walk. Shops, pubs, café's and restaurants in Lymington High Street -15 minutes’ walk or 2 minutes on the train which leaves twice every hour from nearby Lymington Pier station, where you will also find the Isle of Wight ferry terminal – 5 minute walk.
