Spacious inside, this property is decorated in relaxing neutral tones with modern décor in every room. The ground floor is open-plan yet with clearly defined spaces, featuring a dining room, a kitchen and the lounge just around the corner. After a delicious dinner prepared together, find two sofas and an armchair to get settled into for the evening. Along with a separate bathroom on the ground floor, you'll find both upstairs bedrooms have en-suites for that additional allowance of privacy. Moving outside, a gravelled patio invites you to spend summer afternoons and evenings unwinding with outdoor furniture and a wood-fired hot tub for your sole use.

A seafront golf club, a wide sandy beach and a miniature steam railway make Fairbourne an extremely appealing place to spend time throughout the summer months. It's also a handy starting point for walks along the Wales Coast Path, an enjoyable hiking option for seeing the sights of Cardigan Bay. For further hiking head inland to wander around the Cregennan Lakes (3 miles), follow The Mawdach Trail (1.5 miles) from Arthog (1.5 miles) to Dolgellau (8 miles) or tackle the towering Penygader mountain (14.5 miles).
