You can shut the doors on the snug, making it an excellent place for children to enjoy their shows. You’ll also find a downstairs utility and shower room. Upstairs, on the first floor, are two well-styled bedrooms with TVs, and an invigorating bathroom. A third bathroom exists as an en-suite to the larger king-size bedroom.

Cartmel offers plenty of attractions just a few metres from the property, including famous gourmet restaurants, the beautiful priory, and even a sticky toffee pudding shop. A short distance away, discover Grange-over-Sands (2.5 miles), a scenic seaside town on Cumbria’s dramatic coastline. While it isn’t a traditional beach town, it offers spectacular seaside walks and views across Morecambe Bay. Heading north, explore the vast Lake District National Park with an endless array of hikes, bike rides, and water sports adventures, making your way to the base of Lake Windermere (6 miles) to start exploring.
