Let yourselves in to discover a home from home with a warm welcome. Head through to the kitchen/diner to unpack your fresh provisions and make a cup of tea to enjoy with the freshly baked Dorset apple cake you have bought. Tear yourself away from the views to rustle up dinner and set the table. Spend your evenings in the lounge or the snug, where you can find your favourite programmes on Smart TVs in both rooms, lighting the wood burner in the snug on chilly days. A music room, with a piano for those who enjoy tickling the ivories, and a family shower room are also downstairs, while the family bathroom is on the first floor, where the bedrooms are also situated, a super-king-size, a king-size and a twin with 3′ beds. Due to the age and character of the cottage, there are some steps between different levels upstairs. Wake up to glorious sea views and decide to have breakfast outside on sunny mornings. Return from the beach to rinse off under the outdoor shower before whiling the afternoon away with a good book on a lounger.

Stroll 350 metres into the centre of Charmouth to stock up on local produce or dine out. Venture 3.5 miles to Lyme Regis, which is also on the Jurassic Coast and is a great place for fossil hunting.
