The open-plan lounge/diner caters perfectly for sociable dinner times, film nights and lazy mornings with a cup of tea and your favourite TV programme. The patio doors are a great feature and can be thrown open to let the fresh air flood inside whilst dining at the table. If the nights are balmy and warm, take your plate outside and enjoy an al fresco feast and a few tipples as you bask in the last of the day's sun. Rustling up dinner is an easy feat in the welcoming, fresh kitchen space. With all you need to cook up a storm, there is room for a couple of hands to make light work of mealtimes. The adjoining utility room means you can wash and dry your holiday outfits, so they are ready when you wake in the morning. Two first-floor bedrooms are tranquil rooms with characterful sloping ceilings which invite you to rest your head and drift off in peace. With a ground-floor wet room and family bathroom on the first floor, you can freshen up quickly when you wake. There is ample off-road parking.

If you can tear yourselves away from the plethora of shared facilities at the neighbouring holiday park, there are plenty of places to explore close to home. Head out to fossil hunt at Charmouth beach (less than a mile) or travel further afield to the larger resort of Lyme Regis (4.5 miles). Worth a trip, the iconic chalk figure of the Cerne Abbas Giant is 25 miles from your door.
