Located directly next to the beach, the house is set over three storeys, with contemporary and rustic soft furnishings found throughout naturally-lit rooms. A hallway leads to a characterful and colourful lounge, a cosy spot for unwinding with refreshments and favourite programmes to hand. The stunning kitchen/diner is a foodie's delight, with enough room for everyone to enjoy hearty meals together. A utility room and shower room stand nearby. There are three bedrooms on the first floor: a king-size bedroom with ample storage and views of a mediaeval fortress called Pele Tower. Nearby, a super-king-size bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request) and a bunk bedroom, perfect for the children, both enjoy sea views and are close to a family bathroom. An en-suite king-size bedroom is set in the eaves on the second floor, with a balcony at the front boasting enhanced sea views. Bi-fold fold doors down in the kitchen/diner lead into a patio area and up stone steps to a lawned area overlooking the sea – the perfect place for preparing and enjoying BBQ suppers. For those in need of some quiet time, a small summer house awaits nearby.

Cresswell's long sandy beach (5 metres) is perfect for long walks, while Pele Tower (500 metres) offers a glimpse into the area's mediaeval past. Cresswell Nature Reserve (0.5 miles) and Druridge Bay Country Park (7 miles) are great places to reconnect with nature, and Amble is a bustling harbour town well-known for its seafood.
