With its spacious bedrooms, three sociable indoor spaces and a pretty garden filled with trees, this airy eight-person property is an excellent choice for a larger family or group of friends seeking a traditional seaside getaway. While based in the coastal town of Cromer, surrounded by the Norfolk Coast National Landscape, you'll have seafood eateries, family attractions and a picturesque coastline on your doorstep.

Host dinner parties with your guests in the large open-plan kitchen/diner with neutral tones throughout and natural light pouring in through the windows and glass doors. On one side of the room is a black and white G-shaped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Opposite is a wooden dining table with eight chairs which sits in front of the glass panelling and doors leading to a sunroom. This bright room offers additional seating with triple-aspect views of the garden. Inside the lounge with green and brown soft furnishings are two plump sofas and two armchairs in front of the wood burner and wide glass sliding doors. Also on the ground floor is a convenient utility room, a shower room and two bedrooms - a twin and a king-size zip-and-link, this will be made up as a superking unless stated otherwise. Upstairs is an en-suite twin room and an en-suite king-size bedroom. To the rear of the property is an enclosed garden sheltered by mature trees and shrubs with a patio area containing furniture and a BBQ.

Discover the delights of Cromer, while staying in a quiet area of the town, near Cromer Lighthouse, the Overstrand Cliffs and a Banksy (within 0.5 miles) yet also just 0.5 miles from Cromer Beach. In the centre, you can visit the museums, eateries and cinema (within 1 mile) or head to the waterfront to find the promenade before wandering down the pier (less than 1 mile).
