Step inside your detached holiday cottage where a bright and welcoming hallway awaits with ample storage for coats and shoes. With a reverse-level arrangement, you'll find a shower room and four stylish bedrooms on the ground floor, including a family suite with a children’s bunk bedroom (5'6" beds) leading directly through to the double bedroom; plus a twin bedroom, and a king-size bedroom with four-poster bed, an en-suite, and a wall-mounted TV. Head upstairs to find the living area, where the well-equipped kitchen makes family mealtimes a breeze. Enjoy morning coffees and chats at the breakfast bar or unwind after a busy day on the waves in the open-plan living and dining room area with a large table where you can catch up on the day, or watch films together on the TV and DVD player with BT TV. There's a separate WC on this floor, and doors leading out to a large decked balcony with stylish seating and hill views. The spacious enclosed garden is a sun trap on a sunny day, and features a BBQ patio area with a large picnic bench and a shower, great for sandy surfers and salty dogs. Private parking is available for 2 large cars and there's a beach, shops, cafes and pubs within walking distance.
