Dunedin Cottage is a stunning period house located on the quayside of one of Devon's most picturesque waterside villages – Dittisham. With the wonderful River Dart immediately on its doorstep, guests have the opportunity to enjoy a waterside holiday, along with soaking up the relaxed riverside ambiance within the comfort of the tastefully presented home. Sitting right on the quayside, guests are presented with uninterrupted views across the river towards Greenway Estate, from Agatha Christy fame, and will be certain to appreciate morning drinks whilst the early light shimmers on the high tide. With outside seating on the front patio, as well as in the rear garden, al fresco dining is sure to be on the cards during warmer months, however with the benefit of a spacious well-equipped kitchen/diner and cosy living room with log burner, there's plenty of space to relax indoors should the weather come in.

Offering flexible accommodation, with a separate studio situated at the back of the garden and featuring an ensuite twin room and its own sitting area, in addition to three well-presented bedrooms and two further bathrooms within the main house, Dunedin Cottage is well suited for multi-generational families, groups sharing and smaller parties alike.
