With views from the rear of the house across the river to the harbour town of Fowey, this elegant house is in a dream location. Walk the mile and a half along the South West Coast Path to the nature reserve and beach at Lantic Bay or take the car to the pretty fishing harbours of Polperro, 6 miles and Looe, 27 miles. The tall ships of Charlestown, used in the TV series Poldark, are 18 miles away and children will love a trip on the Bodmin and Wenford Railway, as well as hunting down the mysterious beast at Bodmin Moor, 20 miles away.
