The beach is a short stroll from the village centre and the beach offering miles of golden sands. For families, there is a crazy golf course and indoor play area along the seafront. From the harbour, you can take a boat trip to the Farne Islands, just a few miles off the Northumberland coast, famous for its sea bird sanctuary and a large colony of seals.

Nearby Beadnell is just a 5 minute drive away and is often known as the quieter cousin of Seahouses. Its beautiful, horse shoe shaped bay is stunning at any time of year, and boasts a wide range of water sports throughout the summer months! Bamburgh is another popular and historic coastal village a short drive from Seahouses where its iconic castle visited by tourists from across the world.
