Found in a quiet residential street, guests can walk downhill to Lyme Regis bustling sea front and promenade within 10 minutes. to the town centre with its cafes, pubs and restaurants. It is also just a short walk away from Langmoor Gardens and the historic Cobb, so visitors can park their cars and forget about them for their entire holiday!  Fuschia Cottage is a spacious property with parking and enclosed back garden for the exclusive use of visitors.

Lyme Regis itself is a truly fantastic place. Situated on the magnificent UNESCO Jurassic Coast, it’s known as the pearl of Dorset and upon visiting, it’s easy to see why. A famous spot for fossil hunters worldwide, it also sits on the South West Coast Path and offers a whole host of wonderful hikes and walks nearby.  Lyme Regis’ sheltered south-facing beaches are safe for both children and water sport enthusiasts, with great fishing and leisure boat opportunities available from the Cobb harbour. It has a fantastic food and music scene and is often used as a prime filming location.  There are also vast amounts of festivals and events happening in the town throughout the year. Some of the bigger ones include the jazz and folk festivals, Food Rocks, Regatta & Carnival Week, Guitars on The Beach, and Lifeboat Week which offers a week of fun, games, music and displays for all the family.

Bedroom 2 with twin 3ft single beds and vanity unit.  Small ensuite shower room with WC only.

A  lounge door leads to a private back garden equipped with garden furniture. 

Parking

To the front of the property there is off-road parking for one large or two small cars, with consideration for other guests.

Electric Cars: – Please note that this property does not have suitable facilities for charging electric vehicles.

• Pets: Two small to medium dogs welcome in public areas of property only (not bedrooms). Pet Charge: £30.00 per pet per week.

• Please note: Lyme Regis is a hilly location and the walk from the town to the property maybe steep for some guests on the way back.
