Overlooking Brixham's famous harbour, this property is less than half a mile from its selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Beach lovers will be spoilt for choice between St Mary's Bay (0.5 miles), Fishcombe Cove (1 mile) and Breakwater (0.5 miles) among others while wildlife enthusiasts will enjoy a long walk through Berry Head National Nature Reserve (0.5 miles). Once you have explored the area on foot, take to the water with a boat trip to nearby Dartmouth (5.5 miles) or Torquay (8.5 miles) or try your hand at mackerel fishing or even diving.
