Getting together with family and friends can take a lot of organisation, so when you roll up at this grand Victorian house sitting on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, you can breathe a sigh of relief in the knowledge that it's plain sailing from here on. The semi-detached property has a great blend of traditional Scottish charm and modern decor, with antique dining chairs sitting happily in the contemporary kitchen/diner, and locally made toiletries resting on the foot of the crisp white linens in the bedrooms.

Ideal for families travelling together, the cosy sitting room with an open fire and an excellent range of books is the perfect spot to catch up over a glass of wine, if you can take your eyes off the amazing sea views. Children can enjoy their own play room next door, with table football, a pool table, and a darts board. There is also a twin bedroom on the ground floor along with an en-suite shower room. Upstairs, there are two twin bedrooms and two double bedrooms, all enjoying sea or hill views, as well as a family bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The kitchen is always the heart of the home, and you'll love relaxing at the dining table over long brunches, or tasty evening meals prepared on the electric range oven. Outside, the huge garden is crying out for a family cricket or football match, with seating under a pretty pergola for those who prefer a more sedate afternoon.
