This spacious detached house located in a quiet residential area of Salcombe is around 10 minutes walk down a wooded lane to the popular North Sands beach and the polpular Winking Prawn beach café/restaurant. Tastefully presented Guyscliff has parking for two cars, the three bedrooms have two bath or shower rooms and a great garden and balcony/decking area with stunning rural views. Children and pets are welcome at this lovely family holiday home which also makes a great retreat out of season. The centre of town is a mid-distance walk down the hill or just a short drive and so nothing is too far away.
