The Victorian town of Ilfracombe is within a mile of the property and has plenty to offer, including boat trips, clifftop walks and a variety of places to eat/drink. Exmoor National Park is also nearby, with picturesque Lynton and Lynmouth and their unique cliff railway 20 miles away. The South West Coast path passes through Ilfracombe, offering scenic walks and breathtaking views of the stunning coastline. Blue-flag beach Woolacombe with its miles of golden sand and clean surf is also worth a visit (6 miles).
