Just a short walk from the open Forest in the village of Bashley nestles Kingscliffe Cottage, a stunning blend of traditional thatched cob and contemporary open plan living. Recently renovated, the original cottage dates back to around 1750, and oozes character with steeply angled staircase, exposed beams and low ceilings. The newly added contemporary extension offers a relaxing environment with family friendly living, dining and cooking space, opening out onto a paved terrace and lawn with plenty of seating options.

From the cottage the open Forest is a 10 minute stroll, with many walking and cycling routes to explore. The villages of Burley and Brockenhurst and the popular market town of Lymington are no more than a short drive away, as are the beaches at Highcliffe, Avon Beach, Barton on Sea and Milford on Sea. The closest town of New Milton has a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants.

This thoughtfully-equipped, traditional cottage offers spacious accommodation for up to six guests, making an excellent base from which to explore the New Forest National Park and local coastline of Christchurch Bay and the Solent.
