Nestled into an elevated position with breathtaking views over Kippford, Urr Water and the stunning Solway Firth, this property is perfect for either a family getaway or a get-together for a group of friends. All guests will love the hot tub, which is the ideal place to unwind in this totally unspoilt part of the world.

This spacious detached property is an 'upside-down' house. The entire interior, whichever floor you are on, is airy and bright thanks to neutral interiors and many windows, flooding the property with light.

Off the hallway on the ground floor, there are two bedrooms (a queen and a king-size). Both are stylish, contemporary rooms. Along the hallway at the bottom of the stairs, there is a family bathroom with a free-standing bath and a walk-in shower. Across the hallway is the kitchen/diner which offers a social place to gather and make plans for your time here. Keeping laundry out of sight, there is a utility area by the back door, with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Head up to the first floor and there is a master king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and access to a large balcony, which offers the perfect spot to read a good book or stargaze in the evening. The lounge has views across the water, comfy sofas, a piano, and French doors out onto the shared balcony.

Outside, to the rear of the house, you'll find a private patio area with views into the woodland. There's a private hot tub with a seating area for you to enjoy time together. It's a great spot to have a coffee and breakfast or enjoy evening drinks. There's private parking for two cars.
