This expansive property is laid out over three floors and has four bedrooms which can accommodate up to eight people. While the bedrooms are all comfortable, the shared areas are spacious so large groups here can easily spread out. It means socialising is easy while stealing away quiet time on your own is also a possibility. This Isle of White getaway even has its own hot tub for ultimate relaxation.

The property starts with the front door leading to its hallway, which opens out to the open-plan kitchen and diner. It's a big room, with the kitchen having everything you need to cater for a large crowd, including a dining table that has enough seats for all guests. For more informal eating, there's a breakfast bar which you can sit at whilst watching the Smart TV. Doors lead outside from the kitchen to the hot tub with its seating area. Inside, the hallway leads to a snug room, which has a desk space should you need to work whilst on holiday, while a cloakroom with WC finishes this floor's accommodation. Up on the first floor is the property's lounge, which has a large feature fireplace as well as two balconies. There's also a family shower room and a double bedroom on this floor. On the second floor, there are another two bedrooms - one is a double and the other has a double bed plus a single bed. These bedrooms have use the bathroom on this floor, while up on the last level is the master suite. It comes with panoramic views and has a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. For outdoor space, you can use the shared field opposite the property – it's great for energetic kids. However, the balconies and decking area are brilliant for guests' immediate outdoor needs.
