The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for rustling up your favourite meals which you can enjoy around the central dining table. There are two light, relaxing bedrooms: a twin and an en-suite double, along with a stylish family bathroom. Outside, the enclosed garden has a handy patio with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. You can also use the shared walled garden nearby, and there's also a designated field for exercising dogs. The play barn has a fantastic range of equipment and activities for children and adults alike.

The Marsland Valley Nature Reserve is nearby, offering a mix of moorland, woodlands and coastline to explore. The Hartland Heritage Coast provides some beautiful beaches and breathtaking cliff-top walks. The popular seaside town of Bude is a short drive away (9.5 miles), or you can head north to the historic village of Clovelly (12.5 miles). Also nearby are Duckpool Bay, Sandymouth Bay Beach and Hartland Abbey (all within 11 miles).
