Nairn is on the Moray Firth and is widely seen as one of the driest and sunniest locations in Scotland.

On entering the property, from the side entrance, you'll immediately be in the heart of the home - the open-plan kitchen diner. Like the rest of the property, it is neutrally decorated making the big living spaces and bedrooms feel even more spacious. All rooms have plenty of natural light thanks to many large windows throughout the property.

The kitchen itself has a modern feel thanks to its glossy units. It's a sociable space with a table and chairs large enough for four guests. Everything you need is here to whip up delicious meals after a long day at the beach or on the golf course. From the kitchen, you go through to the hallway, which gives access to both bedrooms. One room is already set up as a twin, while the second bedroom has a super-king-size zip-and-link which can be made up as twin beds upon request - the accommodation in the property is therefore flexible for your needs. A stylish shower room is also accessed from the hallway while a cosy lounge completes the property. It's got plenty of comfortable seating to relax and wind down after the day's activities.

Outside, the property has an enclosed garden which is paved around the back and side with a patio, a small, decked area and outdoor seating to enjoy your morning coffee. There is space for one car on the property's driveway.
