– Two bedrooms, a double enjoying views of the sea and a twin bedded room with garden views to the rear
– Bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath
– Fitted kitchen and an adjacent porch with laundry facilities

GARDEN
– Five railed steps lead up to the fully enclosed rear garden which has a sunny patio area and a level lawn
– There is a useful outbuilding available for storage of beach gear

LOCAL AREA
– Sandy beach can be reached on foot in a couple of minutes
– There is a pub/restaurant, a post office, surfboard hire and general store close by
– Praa Sands 9 hole golf course overlooking the sea is not far away
– Marazion, Penzance, Porthleven and Helston are all within a 15 minute drive
